Terms of Service

Article 1 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may change these Terms as necessary. The changed Terms will take effect upon posting on the Service.

Article 2 (Service Content)

Products and services provided by the Service include, but are not limited to:

• Online Japanese conversation lessons (Moshi Moshi Cafe, etc.)
• Digital content (video materials, PDF resources, etc.)
• Other services

Article 3 (User Registration)

• User registration through procedures specified by the Company is required for some services.
• Upon completion of registration, a contract based on these Terms is established, and users are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Service.
• If false registration or inappropriate use is discovered, the Company may refuse, suspend, or delete registration.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

• Product and service fees are as displayed on the Service website.
• All services are prepaid as a general rule, and refunds or cancellations after payment are not accepted.
• Subscription services are automatically renewed unless cancelled by the user before the next payment date.

Article 5 (Use of Digital Content)

Users may use purchased digital content only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The following actions are prohibited:

• Copying, redistributing, lending, reselling, or publishing content
• Using content by sharing account information
• Commercial use

Article 6 (Online Lessons)

• Recording and screenshots are prohibited.
• Cancellations due to force majeure may occur.
• For schedule changes, please follow each service's regulations.

Article 7 (Account Management)

• Users are responsible for managing their accounts and passwords.
• Third-party use or sharing of accounts is prohibited.
• The Company is not liable for damages caused by unauthorized use.

Article 8 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not engage in the following actions:

• Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
• Actions that infringe on intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
• Actions that interfere with service operations
• Actions that cause nuisance to other users

Article 9 (Service Suspension)

The Company may suspend all or part of the Service in the following cases:

• When performing system maintenance or inspection
• When operation is difficult due to natural disasters, failures, or other force majeure
• When deemed necessary for operational reasons

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not provide any warranties regarding the Service and is not liable except in cases of gross negligence.

Article 11 (Personal Information)

Personal information handling is governed by the Company's Privacy Policy.

Article 12 (License Termination)

If a user violates these Terms, the Company may suspend or delete their account without prior notice.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

• These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
• Any disputes related to these Terms shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location.
