Where do I access my purchase?購入した商品はどこから利用できますか？
Gumroad sends a receipt and provides access to the product content and files. Keep the receipt email so you can return to your purchase.
Gumroadから領収メールが送られ、商品コンテンツとファイルへアクセスできます。再アクセスできるよう領収メールを保管してください。
What is included in the membership?メンバーシップには何が含まれますか？
The membership includes downloadable materials created to accompany Moshi Moshi Japanese YouTube videos, such as video scripts, vocabulary and phrase sheets, comprehension quizzes, and furigana slides. New materials are added regularly.

How do I cancel the membership?メンバーシップはどう解約しますか？
Use the subscription management link provided by Gumroad. The screen shown during cancellation explains the end of the access period.

What format are the files?ファイル形式は何ですか？
The downloadable materials and JLPT workbooks are provided as PDF files and can be opened with a standard PDF reader.
ダウンロード教材とJLPTワークブックはPDFで提供し、一般的なPDFリーダーで閲覧できます。
Which JLPT levels are available?どのJLPTレベルがありますか？
Individual PDF workbooks are available for N1, N2, N3, N4, and N5.

May I share or resell the files?ファイルを共有・転売できますか？
No. Your purchase is for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, resale, public posting, and account sharing are prohibited.

What should I do if a file is missing or damaged?ファイルの欠落・破損がある場合は？
Contact us through the support form and include the product name, receipt reference, and the affected filename. Do not include payment-card information.
サポートフォームから商品名、領収情報、対象ファイル名をご連絡ください。カード情報は送らないでください。
What is the refund policy?返金ポリシーは？
Digital delivery and subscription management are provided through Gumroad. If a file is missing or damaged, contact us through the support form. Refund eligibility follows the policy shown by Gumroad at checkout and applicable law.
デジタル商品の配信とサブスクリプション管理はGumroadを通じて行います。ファイルの欠落・破損はサポートフォームからご連絡ください。返金の可否は購入時にGumroadが表示する条件と適用法令に従います。
