These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services ("Service") provided by M Visuals ("Company") under "Moshi Moshi Japanese". By using this Service, you agree to these Terms.

  • Online Japanese conversation lessons (Moshi Moshi Cafe, etc.)
  • Digital content (video lessons, PDF materials, etc.)

Article 3 (User Registration)

Some services may require user registration. Upon completion of registration, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service is granted.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

  • Fees are as displayed on this website.
  • Payment is required in advance.
  • No refunds or cancellations after payment.
  • Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled.

Article 5 (Digital Content Usage)

Digital content is for personal, non-commercial use only. The following are prohibited:

  • Copying or redistributing content
  • Sharing accounts with third parties
  • Commercial use

Article 6 (Online Lessons)

  • Recording or screenshots are prohibited unless permitted.
  • Lessons may be canceled due to force majeure.
  • Please follow each lesson's rescheduling policy.

Article 7 (Account Management)

Users are responsible for managing their accounts properly. Account sharing with third parties is prohibited.

Article 8 (Prohibited Actions)

The following actions are prohibited:

  • Illegal activities
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Interference with the Service
  • Actions that disturb other users

Article 9 (Service Suspension)

The Service may be temporarily suspended or interrupted for maintenance or operational necessity.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The Company makes no warranties regarding the Service and assumes no liability except in cases of gross negligence.

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Company's location.
